1. App feels stuck or unresponsive? Close Park Wonder completely and reopen it. For web users, refresh your browser tab.
2. Recommendations not loading? Check that you have a stable internet connection, then try switching parks and switching back.
3. Pass not showing as active? Make sure you're signed in with the same account used to purchase. Try closing and reopening the app.
4. Progress not saving? Park Wonder stores data locally. Ensure you haven't cleared your browser/app cache, and sign in to sync your progress across devices.
5. Still having trouble? Email us at support@parkwonder.com with a description of the issue and your device type.
